The Chinese government had planned to set up a research lab. This lab would manufacture and mass-produce the bio-weapons to use in bio-war on India. They are planning to produce two types of pathogens. One of them is“ANTHRAX” and the other one is "Congo Hemorrhagic Fever Virus (CCHFV).” Two institutes work together on it. They include
- Wuhan Institute of virology of China.
- Defense science and Technology (DESTO) of Pakistan.

The CCHFV is also termed as Crimean-Cango fever is a dangerous disease spread by viruses. since the DESTO in under the control of the Pakistan army. There is no permission for civilian people to enter DESTO.
Only the DESTO officials and Wuhan researchers can enter DESTO and do their research. The Chinese government trained Pakistan researchers in biological warfare.
Thus the Pakistan government gets practiced in handling biological weapon capabilities. So that they can make bio-war on India.
REASON BEHIND THE PLAN OF BIO-WAR
The main reason is to bring the whole world under another pandemic situation. If the location of the lab is in China and the whole world will blame China. That's why China decided to install it in its colonel country Pakistan.
When the virus started to spread, Pakistan may take responsibility. But China acts like they are not responsible for this bio-war.

The Wuhan Institute of virology researchers has done the “successful soil sampling tests". Bacillus Thuringiensis (BT) got isolated using this test. The isolated bacteria have a "striking similarity" to Bacillus Anthracis - or anthrax.
Especially, the “LEVEL 4” safety measures are not followed at the lab in Pakistan. So, it may lead to virus spread. The researchers should follow 4th level safety measures while researching viruses. Since this is not followed by the Pakistan government, it is a sign of a bio war against India. They are working on this research for the last three years.
