Past vs Present Lifestyle - before and during Lockdown

Early wake up, half or skipped breakfast, structured machine life this was the day to day lifestyle before the entry of COVID-19 the invisible enemy to humans. But our life during lockdown is not so easy.

Can we run the same lifestyle now, which we experienced before corona? The answer is no. We have to change our lifestyle because there may be lockdown and other restrictions in many places.

Most of us are staying at home now, we are facing the worst time. The virus in front of us is unusual. Lifestyle for everyone before the entry of coronavirus was a social one.

Students spend most of the time with their friends, working employees spend time with their colleagues, and most of the people spend our time with our loved ones or relations and we come across many faces every day.

This social lifestyle makes the life of every human happy, joyful, and paves the way to a stress-free life and lifestyle. When this social lifestyle is pulled out from us, it will be like missing your favorite food during the lockdown days. I’m sure you have experienced this one.

What we are doing now?

Our machine lifestyle has slowed down. The life before coronavirus is like riding a race bike. But life in lockdown is a lazy one.

Take a day before the entry of coronavirus:

we woke up, get ready, go to school/college/work, spent our time with friends, social lifestyle, weekend trips, and many more good things

Life after the coronavirus:

Late to bed and missing the morning every day, spending most of our time sleeping/watching television/movies/using social media. In these days we are eating more and simply, we don’t burn any calories, which are not good for our health also.

Greatly affecting things for college students, whether their exam gets canceled or not? And for working peoples their job security and in every parents mind how we are going to run our family?

Be ready to design a new lifestyle:

Just design a small plan between your wake up and sleeping time.

  • Don’t miss eating your food 3 times a day.
  • Do some exercise which you like or just walk for 30 minutes.
  • This is a great time you can gain or lose weight and take care of your health.
  • Try some new dishes which would be a great one for us in this lockdown days.
  • Spend some time in your hobby or read any books.
  • If you are interested in reading stories, then read stories in your favorite language.
  • Watch some good movies but not more than one.
